My name is Vika and I run my personal training business, called Vika Fitness Coaching, in Newcastle upon Tyne.
I train and coach men, women, athletes, children from 9 years of age. You can see all my professional qualifications here.
We all start something at some point on our lives, I’ve been training myself and others sine 1995 and with vast experience I have a lot to offer!
My clients range includes celebrities, children (9 years of age and up), British Army Sergeants & personnel based in Hanover (Germany) to wheel-chair bound clients of various ages.
I coach all aspects of personal training, general and sport-specific fitness, strength gains, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, injury prevention and post-injury rehabilitation, functional fitness and weight management through diet and exercise.
I practice what I preach! I train hard 5 or 6 days a week (I alternate) and my own training is NEVER less than 120 minutes.
Training with me is progressive, super fun and effective, much like these jumps!
