My name is Vika and I run my personal training business, called Vika Fitness Coaching, in Newcastle upon Tyne.
I train and coach men, women, athletes, children from 9 years of age and practice what I preach, daily.
In the past, I competed and won a silver medal in the Olympic Weightlifting U35’s (-58kg) Championships, in 2016, I won a Gold medal (U35’s; -58kg) and an Absolute Trophy in European Weightlifting Games, in France.
In 2016, I took up bodybuilding (bikini fitness) and now going from strength to strength in winning competitions.
In 2017, I started MSc degree in Nutritional Science and upon competition, I am hoping to be accepted onto a PhD Nutrition program. All of my up-to-date professional qualifications can be viewed here.
“We all start something at some point in our lives. I’ve been training myself and others since 1995 and with vast experience, I have a lot to offer to anyone who never exercised and equally, to someone with a vast training experience.
My clients are professional and amateur athletes, celebrities, busy mothers, doctors and surgeons, children (9 years of age and up), British Army personnel based in Hanover (Germany) and wheelchair-users.
I coach all aspects of personal fitness training, from general and to sport-specific fitness, which include:
Bodybuilding and beach body training;
Injury prevention and post-injury (or surgery) rehabilitation;
Weight management through diet and exercise.”
I train hard 5 or 6 days a week (I alternate) and my own training is NEVER less than 120 minutes.
Training with me is progressive, super fun and effective, much like these jumps!
