How long will it take to see results from your Personal Training?

The length of time to see results depends on your initial level of fitness, diet, genetics, and your commitment. However, If you diet or lose weight too fast, you'll put it back on just as quickly as you lost it, as your body will enter starvation mode, and will preserve its valuable resources, whenever it can. You HAVE to be realistic!

 

My advice is to exercise at least 3 times per week, have a stable diet every 4 hours, good hydration, have 7 hours of sleep at night, and you are already on the way to succeeding at your goal!
