I am experiencing back ache, can I still exercise?
In the majority of cases, backache or Lower Back Pain Syndrome (LBPS) is a by-product of a poor posture, weak back extensors and flexors musculature, due to incorrectly performed daily tasks, or “sit down” jobs. To top it up, you might also be experiencing LBPS due to dehydration! Your intervertebrae disks consist of fibrous rings and a nucleus pulposus, which contains up to 85% water.
Therefore, to help you I can devise a non-impact back and trunk strengthening training program (a fusion of Pilates, bosu, resistance tubes and more) , which will not only improve your back, posture and flexibility, but also prepare you for more advanced exercises. After all, remember Olympic Lifting would not be possible with poor posture, and a weak back, so I can pass on my wisdom to you!
