I've just had a baby when could you start training me?

After having children myself, I am very much aware how eager we are to get back into shape fast. However, as all joints are still loose and more flexible, you must give yourself time to adjust back to the original state, which may take up to 6-12 weeks, but always seek advise from your doctor, midwife or a health visitor. Once you are ready, we will begin with restoration exercises, such as pelvic floor strengthening, and other innovative whole body activities, which will not jeopardise milk production. You will feel great, get back into shape with ease, and will have increased levels of energy to care for your baby!
