Travelling charges will be added, when applicable. First 7 miles from Jesmond are free, and then there would be a charge of £0.50 pence a mile, paid up front.

All private sessions take place in Jesmond, in a private gym.


Group strength sessions cost £10 for 90 minutes, held in North Shields, every Monday & Wednesday 6:30 pm-8 pm and Saturday 11 am-12:30 pm. Directions can be found via http://www.raisethebarnewcastle.co.uk/


Please read the following before booking a session with me:

  • Sessions must be paid for in advance before the session commences by BACS or a cash payment on arrival.
  • No refunds are given.
  • Personal Training packages will expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions unless there is an emergency. 
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged in full to the client.
