Olympic Weightlifting & Strength and Conditioning

Whatever sport you are involved in, I guarantee you need to be involved in Olympic lifts, like many international athletes. The Olympic lifts provide a sound base for any sports. By learning how to lift you will gain explosive power, ground-reaction force, speed, strength, agility, coordination and balance in locomotion, as well as strong back and abdominals.

 

As a competitive athlete, I understand the importance of preparation, mental visualisation, and development of force, power,strength, and injury-free training. I will prepare your body for advanced exercises with the use a mixture of Closed and Open kinetic chain exercises, in order to promote faster results and a stronger body to cope with daily training regimes.

Should you like to get involved in Olympic Weightlifting Club, please come to the "Raise the Bar" Olympic Weightlifting Club. The club is open to anyone who is interested to gain strength, power, fitness, and conditioning, as well as compete in regional and national BWLA competitions.
