My name is Viktoria (Vika, short version) and I am recognised as one of the top fitness professionals in UK. Since 1996, I have helped many professional athletes and personal clients safely and effectively achieve results.
As a professional fitness and a strength coach, it is my passion to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle and see them succeed. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations and that is why my every single session only applies to the individual I'm coaching. Your health and fitness goals and my priority!
I know what its like to achieve results, from my late teenage years through to 2016 I was a competitive Olympic weightlifter and hold title of European Absolute gold masters champion (-58kg) and World Silver masters champion. I retired from Olympic weightlifting in 2016 and switched to bikini fitness, a division in bodybuilding.
