I'm offering a FREE 30-minute session to new clients. In this session, we can address:


  • any injuries that you might have

  • correct specific exercises

  • I can teach you how correct your posture

  • we can address your nutritional needs

  • we can do a quick high intensity workout

  • we can focus a session on glutes / legs / shoulders / back

  • post-partum exercises

  • post-surgery rehabilitation exercises.


Prior to our sessoin, please let me know, in advance:


  • Your location and time zone

  • Specific issues that you would like to cover in our session

  • What training equipment you have for us use (if none, do not worry; we'll do just fine without it.
