Sport and fitness is my healthy obsession and addiction; it is good for my physical and mental health.
My academic education in biomechanics, kinesiology, physiology, nutrition and laboratory-based experiments with nutrition and gut bacteria, gave me an amazing knowledge which I pass onto my clients.
My professional fitness coaching, including my own, are about intelligent and scientific approach to training and not just about randomly growing muscles that aren't symmetric and have zero to do with intrinsic muscles that (first and foremost) must be addressed to prevent injuries.
